Ref STB Finance Docket No. 35087 - Dear Board: Please be advised that I adamantly oppose the purchase of the Elgin, Joliet and Eastern Railway by the Canadian Railway. The railroad crossings in the City of West Chicago are practically paralyzed now with railroad traffic impacting emergency response vehicles. I would hate to see the impact from 20 or more trains traveling through West Chicago daily.
