I live about 50 yards from the E&J line in Lake Zurich. The current amount and speed of traffic already forces traffic to back-up from Ela onto Rand Road and State 22 during morning and evening rush. The rate of speed with the current track condition causes significant noise and shakes my home. Any increase in traffic would cause gridlock in out town and cause too much noise pollution. Please either do not allow an increase in traffic or force CN to put improvements in place to control noise and avoid stopping traffic. Thank you, Chad Dau
