Increase traffic via the railways through Barrington will greatly disrupt an already congested road (rt. 59). It will also cut off access of the fire and police departments plus the ambulance to half of the town of Barrington. Several measures can be taken to reduce the impact such as: 1. Constructing a over/under pass where the railway intersects Rt.59. 2. Using railways during non-rush hour times during the weed and at night on weekends.
