I'm concerned about the increased freight traffic which will increase the Noise and Vibration. The warning system bells/whistle will be disruptive to students during the day at local area schools Fry Elementary, Scullen Middle, and Neuqua Valley High. It will also will be disruptive to sleeping at night.
