Dear Phillis, I know I already provided you with some photos of the proximity of the EJ&E RR in relation to our backyard, but I didn't think it would hurt to provide a few more. This past Sunday 1/27/2008 I took a few more photos of the deer crossing the RR tracks at dusk. Thought you might be interested in seeing the herd of deer that is so prevalent to our area since we back to the Cook County Forest Preserve and the RR tracks runs adjacent for miles.. On this day we had a total of 15 deer all at one time but I could not capture them all in one picture. This is pretty much a daily occurence, and always around dusk as you can see by the shadows in the pictures. The RR tracks are very visible in all pictures and in several of the pictures you can actually see the deer crossing the track heading west into our backyard. Thanks again for being so diligent in your review, and we appreciated you spending the time with us at the meetings.
