I'm writing regarding the desire of CN to buy the train tracks through Naperville. I totally oppose this unless CN builds under or over passes. The delays from the train are bad as it is, to significantly increase the traffic makes absolutely no sense. And for what? What does it bring to our area other than worse congestion. Honestly, this makes ZERO sense for us. They should not be able to buy the tracks - unless they build over and under passes.
