I want to register my strong opposition to the CN/EJ project. As a physician, I understand the threat to life and well-being that the delays in ambulance transport time caused by blocked rail crossing will cause. This is not to mention highly impaired access for the community for a variety of critical day-to-day activities: school, work, delivery of goods to local businesses, etc. My judgement is that the burdens imposed by the proposed CN/EJ project FAR outway the benefits that CN indicates will be provided. Please STOP this from proceeding.
