I am concerned about the prosepect of increasing freight rail traffic on the Elgin, Joliet & Eastern Rail Line, which CN wishes to purchase. The increased freight traffic there would adversely affect street traffic (two major Naperville/Aurora high schools are along that line) and I am concerned about its effect on BNSF communter rail traffic. It would also reduce air quality and increase noise in the area.
