My family and I are devasted at the news of the railway being bought out by a foreign company. I cant imagine why out goverment would let this happen. I am appauled at the idea. I hope you highly reconsider your decision to not let this business transaction go through. There are alot of neighborhoods that will be affected by your decision. This railway is in my back yard along with alot of other homes with small children. Right now we only have 3-5 trains, which is no problem. But I cant imagine 30 or more shaking our homes in the middle of the night. We moved our family from Chicago to live in the quiet of the suburbs with a forest preserve out back to enjoy nature and all the wildlife that come into our yards everyday. Another of our concerns is the enviroment of any chemical spills that could do harm. I could go on and on about this whole ordeal but I know your time is valuable. I really hope you take in all these considerations plus other peoples concerns. Please make the right decision and vote against this. Thank you.
