With the proposed purchase of the EJ&E railroad lines, which would significantly increase the frequency of the trains frmo 10 to 40, please discuss how the following problems will be resolved: 1. Increased congestion where the trains are at grade level. 2. Emergency vehicles. 3. Impact on the environment; air, land, water, wildlife. 4. Impact on noise and vibration levels. 5. Impact on Meridian Complex. 6. Impact on school busing. 7. Star Line Impact. 8. Impact on Quiet Zone. 9. Impact on property values. 10. Expected schedule of trains, i.e. all at night? During rush hour? Spaced evenly througout the entire day? Thank you.
