STB Docket No. 35087 CN/EJ&E, To whom it may concern: As a resident in the area, I have saftey concerns about the rail crossing at Harlem Ave. in Frankfort, IL. The community would be best served by a Grade Seperation" If this improvement is not planned, I foresee a this becoming a troubled crossing given the CN's planned expansion. Your consideration appreciated. Also, I would like to be kept informed about progress & planning of the expansion. Thank you, Eric Sladek, Frankfort, IL."
