As a wife, mother and working woman I feel strongly that the EJ&E should not be allowed to increase train traffic on a daily basis in Barrington. I worry about the problems this will cause my children getting to and from school and after school activities; the problems for my husband and I getting to work and back, etc. My other concern is the length of time it takes a freight train to clear a crossing; in the event of an emergency this could be a serious problem. Please help them to find an alternative way of conducting their business without impacting our community.
