CN Acquisition of the EJ&E should not be allowed fro the following reasons. 1. The proximity of residential properties to the tracks is a significant safety/quality of life concern 2. The location of the tracks across Rte. 60/83 and Diamond Lake Road stops traffic insuch a way that normal activity cannot be conducted and there is no alternative traffic pattern which impedes travel to businesses and schools. 60/83 is already insufficient for the amount of traffic it handles. 3. There are two schools which are effectively cut off from parents and safety equipment when trains are across the tracks and when traffic is recovering and these schools will also be ipacted by noise. 4. A decrease in property values in a working-class community that is working hard to redefine itself and develop postively.
