I am ver concerned about Canadian Northern's desire to acquire the EJ&E which rund through Mundelein, IL. The five trains which currently run through the community already paralyze three main thoroughfares which hurts business and residential quality of life. Furthermore, these tracks run parallell to well-developed, family-filled neighborhoods. The inherent dangers and quality of life issues are clear. Finally, the tracks are in proximity to two schools and a church. Adding 15 more trains a day would severely impact bussing, school programming, safety and noise. This portion of Mundelein is a developed community not a commercial and inductrial area. Please stop any transfer of rights. Thank you.
