I have been made aware of the extent of the proposed increase in railroad traffic for railroad line which lies approximately two hundred feet behind my residence. I can tell you that the proposed increase in freight train traffic will destroy the quality of life issues which myself and all others in the sub-division have come to cherish in the Rolling Knolls. This increase in volume of traffic will completely erode the value of our homes and the community and will make living here an absolute hell. I implore you and others connected to this project to take a minute and try to comprehend the impact the proposed sale of the railroad will have on all neighborhoods along the right of way and please utilize your influence to avert a decision that will adversly affect thousands of home owners. Thank you.
