I oppose additional rail congestion in Bartlett, Il, for many reasons. I live about 3 blocks from the tracks, as it is now, the noise, horns, are hardly bearable, but adding 22 more freight trains in a day would be impossible to live with. The traffic would also be backed up for most of the day with the increase. I don't know who benefits from this, but it certainly would'nt be the residents of Bartlett, Ill. thank you.
