I am concerned about the environmental impact of the proposed purchase of the EJ&E rail line by the Canadian National Railway, in that it may create street and road traffic tie-ups in affected communities (through substantially increased rail traffic by CN), may affect vital community services (emergency,hospital, police), and conceivably lead to lower real estate values.
