Dear Phillis Johnson-Ball, My name is Tony Anderson, and I live @ 3310 Lakeridge dr. Lockport,Il 60441. That residence is located right next to the rail road crossing on W Division st. between Gaylord and Hennipin. There are many concerns about the purchase of the railway. First and foremost is the safety factor of the children that live in this subdivision. I believe there would be some intrest if there was a medical emergency. Can help get there in time ? If there was an emergency that needed to controlled by the local police. Can they get here in time to prevent and protect the safety of us, the residents ? I have not had the time to think out all the scenarios, but I'm sure there are many of them. I really am not concerned about the value of my property. I'm concerned of the quality of life for me and my neighbors. I already Do Not like the amount of train traffic in the area. An upgrade to the area will intice me and challenge my resolve in this matter. I vote absolutely not to the purchase of the EJ&J railway. Sincerely, Tony Anderson 3310 Lakeridge dr.
