Regarding STB Finance Docket No. 35087 I am writing to urge the STB to dissaprove the sale of EJ&E railroad to CNR There are many negative environmental impacts should the EJ&E be sold to CNR, including: -Increase in Rail Traffic form 4.4 trains per day to 23.4 trains per day which would cause the following results: 1) Traffic congestion and stops on Army Trail, Stearns, and Smith Road 2) Greatly increased noise pollution. 3) Decreased ability for emergency response vehicles to reach their destination in a timely manner Thank you for your consideration -Mark Rhodes
