What will CNR do to mitigate existing traffic congestions and safety issues along IL-59, Shoe Factory Rd, Golf Rd (IL-58), Higgins Rd (IL-72)? What about noise pollution around existing neighborhood? If they are projecting between 17-25 trains per day, we are looking at 1 train per hour per day at the most.
