1. No increased traffic until the second track is installed completely, from Joliet to Matteson. 2. I would like to see a wall along the side of the tracks to help with added the noise. 3. I would like quad gates at all crossings within the village limits. 4. After the gates are installed, make this a quiet zone (no horns). 5. Pay village to add additional Fire Stations to other side of tracks, also to help with the added hazardous spills. 6. Require all coal trains to be sprayed, to stop coal dust blowing all over the neighborhood. 7. Add second track from just west of Sauk Trail to just east of Cicero, as this will be the only 6 mile section of single track! This will cause trains to wait in Frankfort for westbound trains to pass. This is an accident waiting to happen.
