STB Finance Docket 35087: As a Naperville resident whose neighborhood contiguously to the east of the present E J & E tracks, the noise created by a tripling of the traffic would be horrendous to the current residential population and add more negatives to a weak real estate market. The noise from the current loads is already extreme and adding to it would be ridiculous in terms of noise levels. Please do not approve this purchase
