Dear Ms Johnson-Ball, The stated increase in rail traffic which would result from CN's acquisition of EJ&E poses a clear and present threat to the home and business communities as well as the forest preserves, wild life sanctuaries and protected marshes along the railway line with irreversible negative impacts on air quality, noise and vibration levels, traffic congestion, citizen and wildlife safety and general quality of daily life. The voices of all concerned citizens that will be impacted by this unprecedented congestion are being heard throughtout the affected areas. Please listen. Please help. Thank you.
