Re: STB Finance Docket No. 35087 I vehemntly opposed the CN applicaiton to aquire EJ&E lines. They argue that a railway is in place already. But it is a railway that was designed with a limit of rail traffic in mind. The fact that they would have to improve" the structure of the rails to support increased rail traffic is evidence of that. It adversely will affect my daily commute, my daughter's commute to and from school and school activities. It will drive traffic away from town (to avoid the trains) thereby adversely affecting local businesses. The noise polution already from the trains is horrible. To increase the number of cars by 500% and the length of the trains for an overall increased affect of 800% is rediculous. (even a 100% increase is too much)"
