I am very concerned about the impact that the proposed CNN Railroad merger will have on the environment of the Barrington area. The traffic congestion that it will cause will be huge. I understand that this may be seen as progress", but because this area has no underpasses or overpasses it will create a huge negative impact on everyone that lives here. I think that the profits that will be realized by these companies should be used to fund underpasses or overpasses for out community."
