the increase rail traffic will be devistating.It sounds and feels like the train is comming thru my bedroom it shakes the house,windows and soldiers fall off the shelves in our museum. We have visitors from around the world.An increase in freight trains would lower our property value.we are seniors and could not sustain a loss when we retire. charlene Breitlow
