This is in regard to the CN RR & EJ&E .I had given my comments and concerns at the hearings in Matteson,Il and it is available as public record. I can not find any information on area impact studies fo the revised Matteson, interchange nor does the the CN RR even show the clover leaf interchange on their system map. It is right in my back yard , just across the drain ditch. The wheel squeal is un real and so is the virbation at times. When are you going to do some real time studies ?? % year evulation seems to be a joke!! Just feelings But when the train is south bound off of the main line and it takes the revised curve to go east bound and it is night time it lights up the whole house , bedroom glows even with room darking shades and drapes. The the wheel squeal is just wonderful. I have lived near RR most of my life and the straight through trains are pretty quiet but the revised configuration at the Matteson interchange give a new meaning to RR noise, You are more than welcome to join at my house. Maybe you can stop over when Senator Durbin stops by. I am still waiting for his response that this is a important matter. We need a real time study !! Not what your experts think it might be but what it is in real time.
