I have been disturbed a great deal in the last several months by loud train horns on the EJ&E railway, especially during late night and early morning hours. The trains often sound their horns for extended durations and can be heard from great distances. I wish to request that a quiet zone for train horns be established during late night and early morning hours to restore the relative peacefulness of the area.
