The noise from the CN trains is twice as loud as it was before (EJ&E). I can't tell you how sad we are that our beutiful neighborhood has been destroyed. We wake up with every train. The entire house shakes and my pictures move around as a result of the huge, multiple engine trains. We have invested 20 years here and now everything has changed. We moved here to be in the country! The STB did nothing to scale down the size of the trains or the number of engines allowed to operate on the new route. I know this was a wasted email, but it needed to be said, just the same.
