I vote NO to the CN! This is no longer the nice pristine, quiet, area I moved into back in 1996. Congestion has made it unbearable. If this CN deal is approved, the entire region will see a huge increase of freight traffic as we become a high-speed bypass route for Intermodal traffic originating in Asia, shipped into Canada, and sent to Memphis and points beyond. There is nothing in this deal that benefits the greater Chicagoland region. Again, I say NO!
