I am a resident of Illinois, and strongly object to CN's Proposed Action, and will be drastically harmed thereby." My "strong objection" involves enviromnental and safety concerns not addressed by the draft EIS. dN's plans will harm me and my community by causing traffic congestion, limitting emergency response units, and endangering the families, students and private wells with the transport of hazardous material. You MUST OPPOSE."
