re: DEIS I am writing in support of the EJ&E transaction. As a mother of an infant living in the South Loop area of Chicago, it is amazing to me how many trains go by our building daily. Moreover, it is very common that a train that is traveling east out of Chicago idles below our window and balcony. Given our young son's development, we therefore aren't able to use that outdoor space for a good part of the day. Please reduce the congestion by approving the EJ&E transaction. I understand that living in a large metropolitan area involves freight transportation, but this transaction allows for the area to share the benefits and burdens of being a transportation hub. Additionally, it benefits businesses by being more efficient, which helps all residents and businesses in the Chicago metro area. Thank you for your consideration, Jenny Whitney
