I am a resident of Illinois and I want you to know that I strongly oppose CN's proposed action. Our community's are growing at a very strong pace and our traffic and population is on the rise. With a strong increase of trains and car length, this will be very dangerous for residents in many different ways. Emergency care will be affected, our school systems will be affected, elderly, and so on. Please do not allow this to happen.
