Ref: STB Finance Docket No. 35087 I am writing to express my sincere opposition to the prospective acquisition of the EJ&E line by Canadian National Railway. Recently there have been a lot of reports of train accidents in my area and across the country. If we take a train line that historically only carried 4 trains a day and increase that traffic 6 fold to 24 trains a day, the number of accidents in the area will increase dramatically. The cost will be in human lifes. Please block the Canadian National Railway acquisition of the EJ&E. The acquisition would be bad for the community and bad for the country.
