Please consider the impact that the sale of the EJ&E line to CN will have on communities. CN has not shown itself to be a good neighbor to the communities it goes through - and now it's trying to force its way into this deal. CN should pay for grade separations at crossings so that towns are not gridlocked by its trains. The taxpayers have been asked to pick up so much lately - please don't ask them to pick this up too.
