I live in the Prestwick subdivision that will be directly and severely impacted if the number of trains quadruples!! I will be unable to go North or West as both directions are blocked by the rails. If we have an emergency and need an ambulance or fire truck, there is a good chance that a Frankfort emergency vehicle would be unable to reach us in a timely manner. PLEASE DONT ALLOW THIS TO HAPPEN TO FRANKFORT!!!! We moved to this quiet little town to avoid just this type of polution and inconvienence."
