Re: STB Finance Docket No. FD 35087 My neighbors and I chose our homes to have a quiet and safe area in which to live and raise our families. If this transaction takes place, we will be subjected to 4 times the number of trains passing through the neighborhood every day. The trains will be several times longer and heavier than the current traffic. We would like to continue to enjoy use of our yard, patio, and pool but the planned vast increases in the use of the nearby tracks would make that impossible.
