What an outrage the CN's proposal is for the E&J raliroad. Due to the length and number of trains that will be affecting my community, I would be blocked from hospital care as well as getting to the interstate. As it stands NOW I get stuck by the same train at four different railroad crossings trying to get to I-55. Can you imagine having 4 times as many trains that are twice as long. Unacceptable! There has to be a better solution than hampering the functions of suburban communities with this plan. I can only imagine how many school children will be impacted trying to get to and from school on buses and cars with 10,000 feet trains blocking their path! Who is looking out for the citizens in the communities impacted by this, seems like more Washington as usual-business matters more than the little guy keeping the economy afloat! Vote NO for this plan!
