CN Acquisition of EJ&J. In my town these tracks happen to run right past the local High School. I believe that an increase in traffic will not only have an enviromental impact but a social environment impact. The increased noise going past the high school will, even for a brief time, distract the students from their educational concentration. As well as the impact of transporting hazardous materials" so close to this school. As if that is not enough, in the circumference of under 1.5 miles, these tracks pass through our town 3 times. Imaging the congestion of traffic and the fuel wasted, and the pollution that will invade my small community. Would you put something like this in your back yard? Keep it down to the bare minimum please? And also, no "HAZARDOUS WASTE" in my town or on my kids. Imagine the lawsuits from that spill? Regards, Guy R. Milbourn"
