STB Finance Docket No. 35087 As a Frankfort resident, I am opposed to the CN / EJ&E railroad aquisition. My main concern is the cost to the local taxpayers. I do not feel that we should incur the cost of ANY improvements or studies that would be required by the Canadian National railroad. I am also concerned about the noise and traffic conjestion. I've lived in this town for 24 years and I don't want a negative impact on my lifestyle for the sake of Canadian commerce. Please be aware of our very valid concerns.
