Dear Phillis Johnson-Ball. I am writing to object to CN's acquisition of EJE RR. I live right next to the tracks and my house rattles with every train. I'm concerned about possible toxic spills and derailments. My biggest concern, however, is that roads will be blocked and may prevent emergency vehicles from reaching their destinations in time. What is proposed is not a solution to the congestion problem it is just relocating it to another area. A more realistic solution would be adequate surface separations where needed and paid for by CN not the American taxpayer. Thank You, Tim Rice
