I would like to formally request that the Canadian National Railroad be prohibited from purchasing the EJ&E Railroad in Illinois. The CN safety record is poor and the increased traffic flow will disrupt the surrounding communittees. I would request the application for purchase be denied and or delayed until a proper study of the of the ramifications of this proposed purchase can be further reviewed.
