Phillis Johnson-Ball, I can't even believe the audacity of CN to think they should come through our small towns and destroy our communities to make biger profits for themselves. We've seen all too well what happens with big companies greed. Everyone else pays the price! Please don't allow CN to get away with this! CN wants to pay 5-10% of the cost of over and under passes and expects the taxpayers to foot the bill for hundreds of millions of dollars for something we don't want and do not benefit or profit from in any way! Right now our town is a growing community with many new subdivsions going up. The future traffic has not been considered. Growth will stop of CN comes through. Building would stop and our properyvalues would decrease drastcally! We have all seen what train gridlock can cause. It's a nightmare! All our mains streets could be blocked for great lengths of time. This will prevent emergency vehicles from getting through. My two year old grandson is a juvenile diabetic who needs immediate access to a hospital.In an emergency he could die waiting if the ambulance was delayed at a train crossing! Please think about that! People will constantly be late for work and children will be late for school because of the constant trains. CN will bring a 600% increase in hazardous material through our town and they have a horendous safety record. Would you want that in your backyard. Don't we all want our families to be safe. All this to transport products tht are not even made in the US! CREATE offers another alternative, please make them us it. Please don't allow this to happen. PLEASE! Renee Katcher
