The proposed aquisition of the EJ&E Railroad by CN cannot be permitted to go through. The environmental hazards presented by the increase of rail traffic are too great. The safety issues in regards to vehicular and pedestrian traffic are too great to be allowed. As a school bus driver in the affected area I can personally attest to the problems that would be created if CN is allowed to take over the EJ&E. I strongly urge the STB not to allow this aquisiton.
