Please, say no" to Canandian National. It is even more imperative given the recent U.S. Financial situation that the STB does not add burden to American taxpayers and increase the de-valuing of our property values. Please do not allow CN to purchase the EJ&E. They need agree to cover ALL costs that would be involved in mitigation, rail improvement, crossing improvements, buffer from neighborhoods and wetlands. We cannot afford to help one big company at the expense of U.S. residents. Thank you in advance for your role in helping to protect your fellow citizens."
