Please don't turn the EJ&E rail line into the proposed super freight highway that is being proposed. You are going to ruin our property values, cut us off from the fire department and emergency medical assistance, negatively impact our air quality, and destroy the quality of life that we have worked so hard to get. Most of us are living in modest homes that we sacrificed our wholelive to get. With one swooping motion you are going to take all that we have worked for away. Please put yourself in our shoes. Next time you are heading to work, or God forbid an emergency room, imagine sitting 1/4 mile from your house for 25 minutes waiting for a super freighter to go by. How would that make you feel? Or your house is on fire and the sound of the fire engines don't sound like they are getting any closer because they are stuck behind a train. Why are you guys considering doing this to us? Please don't let this happen.
