I would like to state my opposition to the CN acquisition of the EJ&E Railroad and the impact it will have on our area. Our roads are so congested already this move would in my belief cause total stanstill of traffic. These trains are so long and noisy that the inconveinience to our communities would be staggering. Our fire and police departments already battle overcrowding on the roads which impact response times to emergencies. If these trains stop important access to our communities, people will die and buildings will burn down. I encourage you to block this effort and leave things as they are for the health, safety, and well being of the citizens who live here.
