I do not want the Board to allow CN to turn the EJ&E into a freight superhighway. Traffic in my neighborhood is already reaching the boiling point. Once freight trains clog things up even more, Lake County citizens will pressure Congress to alleviate the problem. I don;t see how CN can profit from this in any way.
