I am a resident of Illinois, and strongly object to CN's Proposed Action, and will be drastically harmed thereby. I strongly object to CN plans for acquistion of the EJ&E. I live in the town of Wayne. My property is located in a triangle bordered by three sets of railroad tracks. In the event of an emergency, emergency response units would not be able to enter or exit this area. The traffic congestion and subsequent pollution caused by delayed vehicles will harm the environment and the people that live in this community. The tracks and crossing here are in need of improvement. The village budget, can not cover the cost. It is unthinkable that a company as wealthy as CN and it's executives expect the communities bordering the rail to pay for these repairs. Our community will be devasted by this sale. Unhappy homeowners will have no choice but leave because of higher taxes, less safety, and a poor environment. Wayne will become a ghost town. I beg of you to do everything in your power to stop this sale. Thank you. Jan Hewitt"
