I highly object to the purchase by Canadian National of the EJ&E Railroad. We citizens paid the price literally, figuratively, financially, and conveniently, to live in a more rural area. Our homes and taxes are higher for this privelege. Should this purchase go through it will pollute our air, our traffic, our silence, our nature, our wells & septics, our preserves, and our quality of life. We should not be expected to bear the financial burden of a purchase WE DO NOT WANT for a company not in the United States, which provides nothing positive to the citizens, so they can make a higher profit. There are no jobs provided by the acquisition, there are only risks and concerns. If there is a hazardous spill, it would poison our wells. We do not have the option of city water. It is time to give the country back to the American people. Our country is in crisis, our state is broke. Let's vote for the Party of Common Sense. Please vote NO to Docket #35087. The decision you make is one we have to live with. Thank you for hearing me. Most sincerely, Patricia Engstrom
